1. What TogetherMindsAI is

TogetherMindsAI is a baby cam. It sends live video and sound from one device, such as a phone or tablet in your baby's room, to the device of the person watching.

It is not a medical device and it does not replace a doctor, a nurse, or an adult who is watching your baby. Do not rely on it as your only way to keep your baby safe.

2. Who can use this service

You must be 18 years of age or older to use TogetherMindsAI. By continuing past the Getting Started screen you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your video and your data

Live video and sound are shown only to the people in the session. They are not saved unless the person watching turns recording on. That person must first confirm they are the parent or guardian of the person being recorded, or have their permission.

A recording is kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted. We do not sell your data.

4. No guarantee of availability

TogetherMindsAI is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available at any particular time
• The video and sound will always be clear, or will never drop out
• The service is suitable for your specific situation

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TogetherMindsAI and its operators shall not be liable for any harm — including personal injury or any other damages — arising from your use of this service. Your use is entirely at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TogetherMindsAI to:

• Watch or record anyone without the right to do so
• Impersonate another person
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
