1. About This App

TogetherMindsAI is a baby cam, operated by Global Business Consulting, Inc. (GBCai4org). It sends live video and sound from one device (for example, a phone in your baby's room) to the device of the person watching. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

2. What We Collect

• Live video and sound — passed between the devices in the session. It is not saved unless the person watching turns recording on.
• Recordings (only if recording is turned on) — the person watching must first confirm they are the parent or guardian of the person being recorded, or have their permission.
• Account sign-in — the person watching signs in with a Google or Microsoft account. We keep the account's ID and its email address (the email is stored encrypted and used only to send that person their own recording links and notices).
• Session ID — a randomly generated code used to identify the session
• Usage data — timestamps and rate-limiting data

The device in the baby's room does not need an account.

3. How We Store It

Stored data is kept in Google Cloud in the United States and is encrypted at rest with AES-256.

4. How Long We Keep It

A recording is kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

5. Service providers

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Google LLC (Google Cloud) hosts the app, its database and file storage, and our self-hosted audio/video server. (google.com/privacy)

6. Age Requirement

This app is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Your Rights

To request access to or deletion of a session's data, contact us and provide the Session ID.
